There is a million ways to structure this information but I have used a very simplistic structure that is divide into three areas. The first area is culture, values and behavior as this is the foundation in every company or organization. The second area is business strategies and framework, a strategy is normally applied to an organization to make sure everyone is pulling in the same direction and can be more successful then competitors. The third area is financial models and key performance indicators. The financial models and key performance indicators will show how good the strategy is and how well it is executed and fits with the values of the organization.
